Italian online casino and sportsbook operator NetWin has integrated a comprehensive player engagement suite provided by technology supplier Fast Track. The agreement includes the deployment of CRM, rewards management, and artificial intelligence tools across the platform.
Platform Capabilities and Strategy
The partnership grants NetWin access to Fast Track’s CRM and Rewards systems. It also includes Greco, a risk management solution that joined the Fast Track portfolio earlier this year. Additionally, the setup features Fast Track’s AI solution, which now supports agentic workflows.
These tools allow NetWin to handle gamification, loyalty programs, and bonus strategies within a single environment.
Stefano Giancotti, head of product at NetWin, stated that the unified platform allows the team to execute engagement and bonus strategies tailored to the Italian market. Fast Track CEO Simon Lidzén noted that NetWin possesses significant industry experience and ambition. He added that the combined operation of CRM, Rewards, and Greco positions the company to expand agentic workflows across the full suite.
NetWin operates under RB Holding, a group with more than 70 years of history in the gaming sector.
